A leopard in Sariska Forest Reserve has attacked and killed 4 people in 7 days, resulting in fear psychosis gripping large areas in and around the Sariska Forest Reserve in Alwar district of Rajasthan.
Fear of death attack has made villagers in more than half a dozen villages stay largely indoors even during the day time. People in more than half a dozen villages, including Kala Lanka, Kishori, Raipura, Todi, Bal, Jaitpur, Sili Bawdi, have been affected.
Villagers have halted all kind of agricultural work, and not even watered their fields for the past several days. School children have stopped going to school and women folk fear leaving their houses to fetch water from the nearest water point due to the fear of deadly Leopard.
